The Residence apartments surround the large panoramic swimming pool and can beapartments with a sea view – most of which are located on the first floor – or apartments with a view of the swimming pool and countryside situated on the ground floor.

Despite the environment of calm and relaxation, everything has been designed to offer you a stay in real homes, accompanied and furnished with all amenities; all the apartments have:

equipped cooking area overlooking the lounge/living room;
living room with double sofa bed and dining area;
covered veranda fitted out for eating in the open (from spring to autumn);
free WiFi*;
colour TV, washing machine and hair dryer;
air conditioning (optional, to pay on the spot)
bathroom with shower;
outside parking space.

Each holiday apartment is also equipped with 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck-chairs for making tours and trips to the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.

The apartments can be one-bedroom or two-bedroom:

the One-bedroom apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and consist of a large veranda, fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the living room, double bedroom and bathroom.
the Two-bedroom apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and, in addition to the one-bedroom typology, have a second double room and two bathrooms.

* The WiFi connection offered by the Residence include: free navigation in the ordinary sites, use of email and social networks. Does not allow: download movies, videos, games; streaming; synchronization with the systems of the cloud; link to video surveillance systems.
